Meet Julie

Julie is a health and fitness professional with 35 years of experience teaching group fitness, athletic training and performance. Known for her creative programming, intentional coaching style, and ability to inspire both mind and body with progressions and balanced movement to help individuals build strength, confidence, and long-term wellness.

A recent Lululemon Ambassador, regular KSL Noon Show fitness contributor, and recurring BYU camp speaker and educator, Julie is passionate about inspiring others through common love of movement, mindset, and authentic connection. Her classes are designed to keep the body challenged, energized, and aligned; while creating experiences that are motivating, purposeful, and deeply transformative.

Julie believes in consistent small and simple wins, which add up to great things. Her classes include important moments that bring people together, and she believes deeply in the ripple effect wellness has on individuals, families, and communities.

Julie’s mission is to help others enjoy each day, feel stronger, and live fully, by offering opportunities that will build your most valuable tool to success – YOU!
