At THE PLATFORME, we create high-level training experiences designed to push limits and unlock potential. With that comes responsibility and awareness.
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that participation in fitness classes, training sessions, and events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
● Physical injury, illness, or unforeseen medical events
● Equipment-related risks
● Environmental or situational risks during both on-site and off-site experiences
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks.
2. Physical Readiness
I confirm that:
● I am in suitable physical condition to participate
● I have consulted a physician if necessary
● I will listen to my body and modify or stop activity when needed
3. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless THE PLATFORME, LLC, including its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates, from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation.
4. Off-Site & Elevated Experiences
THE PLATFORME may host experiences beyond the studio, including:
● Outdoor training sessions
● Pop-up classes
● Special events, retreats, or collaborations
I acknowledge these environments may present additional variables, including weather, terrain, travel, and third-party conditions. I accept full responsibility for participation in these settings.
5. Personal Belongings
I understand that THE PLATFORME is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
6. Media Release & Brand Presence
THE PLATFORME captures its community and experience through photo and video.
By signing, I grant permission for:
● Photography, video, and audio recordings during classes and events ● Use of my likeness for marketing, branding, social media, and promotional materials
I understand:
● This content reflects the brand experience
● I will not receive compensation
● My participation implies consent unless otherwise requested in writing
7. Community Conduct
I agree to follow all guidance provided by instructors and staff and to contribute positively to the elevated environment.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
9. Acknowledgment
